Ganz, Founder of Within Range, is a Napa Valley executive and vineyard grower who has combined her love of the outdoors and fly fishing with decades of leadership in healthcare and hospitality. She created Within Range to give children facing a parent’s cancer the chance to find resilience, joy, and connection in nature. Susan’s strategic expertise and personal passion ensure the organization delivers lasting impact for families and the community

Maribel Arias is Senior Vice President and Industry Practice Leader at Chubb, guiding strategy and growth across the U.S. and Canada. With more than 25 years of experience, she has championed community initiatives supporting Hispanic business owners and served on the board of the Good Shepherd Shelter for women and children. A UCLA graduate, Maribel is also a dedicated mother who values family, resilience, and connection—principles that align closely with Within Range’s mission.

Melissa Chiaro Eggerling is a professional design consultant specializing in hospitality, events, and community spaces. With more than 25 years of experience, she is known for curating authentic experiences, including the internationally acclaimed boutique hotel Korakia Pensione. A champion of artists and community causes, she has supported organizations such as TEDx Youth, No Kid Hungry, SAG-AFTRA, Hasbro, and Points of Light. As a mother and creative leader, Melissa brings her passion for connection, culture, and resilience to the Within Range board.
